Do your keyboards come with an Australian warranty?
Yes, all products purchased directly from Keychron Australia come with a 12-month local warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or hardware failures under normal use.
What is your return policy for change of mind?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your keyboards compatible with both Windows and macOS?
Absolutely. Keychron keyboards are designed with a unique Mac layout and include dedicated media keys, while also being fully compatible with Windows. We include extra keycaps for both operating systems in the box.
