Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all keycaps, cables, tools, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Centre

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our Australian warehouse, ensuring you use a trackable shipping service for security.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
